Day 11 – Tell us about your eating schedule. How often and when do you eat? Are you happy with this or do you need to make changes?
I always have the three main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually before 8am, either first thing in the morning or after about half an hour of fasted cardio. I grew up having lunch around 2pm and I still do that to this day. Same with dinner, I usually have it around 8pm.
Depending on how big my meals are, I may or may not have some snacks in between. If I ave a really long and tough training session planned, I will sneak in a snack around 11am and then protein shake after training, around 7pm.
If this works according to plan it’s all good haha. But I do often find myself binging in the evenings and am working towards stopping that.
